The Nets have signed Adonis Thomas to the training camp roster, according to multiple reports.
Tim Bontemps says the Nets control Thomas’ D-League rights, which means he can play for the Springfield Armor if and when he is cut.
Thomas, a 6’7 forward out of Memphis, played for the Hawks Summer League team, where he played in three games and averaged 1.3 points and 9.7 minutes. He was signed to a training camp deal this September with Atlanta, but the Hawks waived him four days ago.
Thomas left Memphis after two seasons, but went undrafted. He averaged 11.7 points and 4.5 rebounds his sophomore season at the school.
