Brooklyn Nets Christmas Day Uniforms Revealed

The Nets last played on Christmas Day in front of a national audience in 2002 when they defeated the Celtics by a margin of 36 points.  Barclays Center will host Brooklyn’s first holiday game against those same Boston Celtics this year and there will be some special uniforms for the event.

From Tim Bontemps of the NY Post

“The Knicks and Nets will have a different look on Christmas Day.

As part of the NBA’s celebration of 65 years of games on Christmas, each of the 10 teams playing that day, including both local teams, will wear a special “BIG Color” uniform created by adidas.

The uniforms are one color, the Nets all black (with white outlines around the letters and numbers) and the Knicks all orange (blue outlines).

The Christmas Day uniforms go on sale online at NBAStore.com starting today, and in person at the NBA Store on Fifth Avenue later this week.”
