Nets Seem to Be Standing Pat on Deadline Day
With less than three hours to go until the NBA’s trading deadline, all indications from the national and local media is that the Brooklyn Nets will not make any significant moves. The Brooklyn Nets are no longer considering a deal for Charlotte's Ben Gordon, league source tells Y! Sports.

Brooklyn is on outside looking in of Paul Pierce & Josh Smith situations, and is ready not to make a deal if it doesn't make sense.

I guess many of you havent heard that expression. To clarify: unless Nets are willing to offer most of their assets, don't see a major deal.
